About the author

Tony Angel is the owner of Edifice, and National Director of Facilities Management for BNP Paribas Real Estate in the United Kingdom.

One of the most highly regarded practitioners in his field, Tony has an extensive breadth of knowledge gained from client, supplier and consultancy roles that span some 25 years in the industry. He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Facilities Management and was also one of the first in the UK to hold IFMA’s globally-recognised CFM qualification.

He is also a former tutor (and prize-winner) at the College of Estate Management, a past British Institute of Facilities Management Council member as well as a director of IFMA UK, and has sat on both the International SIG Committee and Knowledge Committee within BIFM.

Tony is regarded as one of the industry’s drivers of innovation and improvement.
